About me
Angela Dearing has been a teacher with Wetaskiwin Regional Public Schools for 22 years. Her teaching experience covers grades 1 through 9 with specializations in Language Arts. Throughout her career, technology has had important place in her pedagogy and classroom teaching. In 2015 Angela took on a role as division technology teacher with WRPS and has enjoyed working with teachers and students on using Google tools and Chromebooks as well as embedding STEAM into their classrooms. Angela spends some of her spare time chairing the planning committee for the Convergence conference hosted annually by ATLE. She has had the opportunity to build relationships with industry experts from around the globe and values the ability to share what she learns with other educators and school leadership.
