AI is now regarded as an arrival technology not an adoption technology - as such, the normal technology adoption curve to inform strategy does not apply and a binary approach to it’s implementation is limited. Starting with a card game, the presenter will walk attendees through three simple steps to move managers away from the ineffective, "How's it going?", to increased engagement and productivity.
